Mark Jenkins spoke at Mobile Twin Cities' May meeting on the subject of "BYOD & MDM FYI."  That is Bring Your Own Device and Mobile Device Management For Your Information.  The presentation focused on the trend of businesses allowing employees to use the smartphone of their choice (BYOD) and how businesses are managing corporate data on personal phones (MDM).

Mark Jenkins presented the session On the Campaign Trail with Mobile Technology at Mobile March 2011. The presentation included how mobile devices were used in the various stages of Mark's political campaign, some of the applications used, and lessons learned in the process. Hint: the iPad doesn't like being outside for hours in 114 degree temperatures any more than you do.

Mobilynx.net is featured in Mobile Web Design for Dummies. Mobilynx.net was designed by Marquis Mobile Solutions to make it easier to find mobile formatted content across all mobile browsers. The authors state that "A good example of a very simple mobile site design is Mark Jenkins' web site at Mobilynx.net".
